Founding Software Engineer

Taleva is building the first AI-driven operating system for recruitment agencies. Our mission is to make agencies truly self-driving: instead of humans initiating every workflow, our autonomous AI agents run the entire recruitment pipeline end to end, looping in recruiters only for high-judgment decisions.

With 30% month-over-month growth, we move incredibly fast, practice extreme ownership, and ship directly into production every day. We are looking for a true founding engineer who wants deep equity, total architectural ownership, and the chance to build the future of applied AI.

The role

You will own both product creation and real-world deployment. You will build new autonomous capabilities for the Taleva platform and forward-deploy them into complex client environments, including ATS/CRM integrations and custom data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, architect, and build new core products and features from scratch
• Build, optimize, and maintain battle-tested RAG pipelines and complex, human-in-the-loop agentic workflows
• Design and maintain production-grade integrations with legacy enterprise systems
• Rapidly prototype and ship MVPs in days, then iterate them into scalable platform features

Who you are

• A proven builder: strong experience shipping complex web applications, with a track record of solo projects, open-source contributions, or early-stage startup experience.
• Velocity obsessed: you leverage modern AI development tools like Codex or Claude to ship at extreme speed. You do not rewrite code when you can generate it, but you know exactly how to debug it.
• High horsepower and client fluent: you have deep technical capability but can also hold your own in a room with non-technical stakeholders and agency leaders.
• Intrinsically motivated: you thrive in high-intensity, ambiguous environments and want to work hard alongside a killer team.
